Host a Private Party in our studio for a SUPER EASY way to celebrate- GRADUATIONS,TEAM EVENTS, GIRLS' NIGHT OUT, BIRTHDAYS, BACHELORETTE PARTIES, BRIDAL SHOWERS, MOMS' NIGHT OUT, COUPLES' NIGHT OUT, Or JUST PLAIN FUN! Private events have a 10 guest minimum. Prices are the same as our public events! However they must be paid in advance.
Our Location Events Affordable Art PARTY *$199.00 -90 minutes at our studio. -Entertaining craft activity to complete while you wait for guests to arrive. -Party monitor to assist with event (There is no instructor). -Decorated private table for your event. -Supplies needed for your specific party choice. -Entertaining music. -An age group appropriate take home gift bag for each guest. Choices: Coloring Party, Vision Board, Canvas Tape Paint, Canvas Bag Design, T-shirt Design, Flower Pot Painting, Jewelry Making, Canvas Backpack, Canvas Pillow Painting and Cake Decorating.

Camps or Schools Field Trip Minimum Group of 20 receives: -Up to 2 hour art lesson with dedicated instructor. -Use of studio and all supplies needed. -8x10 stretched canvas to keep. -Snack and bottled water. Intended age group: 5-12 Cost: -$15.00 per painter *Each group must have 2 adults present during class.

Pricing: -Ranges from $25.00-$125.00 per hour (with a 4 hour minimum in some cases) Special pricing for frequent use request. Must return studio to original condition.
Terms and Conditions
-We have a NO Flame Policy in our studio. It is strictly prohibited to use candles, sternos, lighters and matches in or around the studio. -Each painting will be unique according to the artists style. -We use high quality water soluble paints. We are not responsible for property damages or adverse health reactions to any of our supplies. -Please ensure proper precautions are taken prior to event. -Final participant count requested at least 3 days prior to event to ensure all can participate. -We ask that the minimum number of participants be paid and if there are additional guests they will be charged accordingly. -We ask that the number of people not painting be limited to avoid disruptions.-If hosting a private event food must be ordered through our vendor. Outside food permitted for an additional fee. Host may bring cake and drinks. -Color to Canvas will provide all painting supplies for each participant to complete picture. -Nonrefundable deposit of $50.00 (or $100.00) is required to hold date. No date is confirmed until a deposit is made. -Deposit is credited to final bill. -Final payment must be made 1 week prior to event date. If another customer requests the date and pays in full then your event deposit will be returned. -If final payment is by check it must be made 1 week prior to event. All fees must be completed prior to start of class. -There are no refunds for paid painters that do not attend event. -Payment of the invoice whether in cash or through the invoice implies acceptance of the Waiver found on the Cooper’s Color to Canvas website. -Minimum payment for 25 painters if hosting a fundraiser is required. -Special arrangements can be made for an additional fee. -Prices listed are firm.
Our instructors appreciate your kindness. Instructors are able to accept food, drink and tips if offered by the event host. 10% gratuity is added to every event. 15% for closed studio events.
